Return & Refund Policy
At Manokriti Crafts, all products are personalized and made to order. We request customers to review all customization details carefully before placing an order.
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
A return or replacement request will be accepted only under the following conditions:
Incorrect product delivered
Product received in damaged condition
Product received is incomplete
To be eligible, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos clearly showing the issue.
Requests received after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
How to Request a Return or Replacement

Include the following details:
Order ID
Clear photos or video showing the issue
Brief description of the problem
Once the request is reviewed and verified, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
Replacement of the same product
Refund to the original payment method
The resolution method will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Personalized or customized products (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Perishable items
Products damaged after successful delivery
Products returned without original packaging
Refunds
Refunds are issued only when:
A return or replacement request has been approved
Or an order cancellation request has been approved
Once approved:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
The amount is credited to the original payment method

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only if the personalization or production process has not started.
Once customization begins, cancellation is not possible.
Orders marked for same-day or next-day delivery are not eligible for cancellation.
To request a cancellation, please email support@manokriticrafts.com with your Order ID.
