Orders and Shipping
Since all our products are personalized and made to order, the processing time is usually 2–4 business days.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location within India.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at your registered email address with the tracking number and a tracking link.
You can also track your order by logging into your My Account section on our website and viewing your order details.
Yes, you can request a change in your shipping address as long as your order has not been dispatched.

Once the order has been dispatched, we will not be able to modify the shipping address.
On each product page, you will find dedicated fields to enter your personalization details such as names, dates, messages, or to upload photos (if required).
Please ensure all information is entered correctly before adding the product to your cart, as the personalization details you provide will be used exactly as submitted to create your product.
We recommend carefully reviewing spellings, dates, and image quality before placing your order, as personalized items cannot be modified once processing has started.
For best results, please upload clear, high-resolution images in JPEG or PNG format.
Photos should be well-lit, in focus, and not blurred or pixelated. Higher quality images ensure better clarity and a more professional finish in the final product.
Avoid using screenshots, heavily edited images, or images taken from social media, as they may reduce print quality.
Returns and Exchanges
All our products are personalized and made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us at support@manokriticrafts.com within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos or videos of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Your Order ID
Clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item
A brief description of the issue
Once we verify the details, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Personalized orders can be changed or cancelled only if the personalization process has not started.
If you wish to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@manokriticrafts.com with your Order ID.
Once the personalization or production process has begun, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
